Terms and Conditions

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 7-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This returns policy applies to customers irrespective of your geographical location. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of receipt of the product;

(b) the returned product is unused;

(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and

(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

* Provide us with the following information: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement. We recommend the use of our online returns form.
* We will email you back with instructions for returning by Royal Mail or we will arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return.

Products returned under this policy must be sent by recorded delivery to:

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

(5) Refunds

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

At Garden-furniture 4Less we offer free delivery on all of our products to the mainland UK. Goods are dispatched on a next-day service within three working days of receiving your order. We do hold a significant amount of stock in our warehouse, but should we need to order an item in for you, delivery will take longer than three days. We will notify as soon as possible if this is the case. Our Couriers deliver Monday-Friday. In some cases delivery can be arranged for Saturday, at an extra cost (please email us for a quote). If you have a specific delivery date in mind please let us know when placing the order, we will do our very best to meet your requirements. The majority of our furniture is sent out on pallets. We think this is the best way to ensure your furniture reaches you in the very best condition. With tables of glass or granite in particular this is simply the only option. Before we dispatch a pallet we will call or email you to find out the most convenient delivery day, as you will need to be in to take delivery. A surcharge may apply to certain postcodes in the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We look at these on a case by case basis; normally we will ship for free anyway, but if you live in the following postcodes please be aware we may contact you after you have placed your order with a quote for delivery: AB37-38, AB41-56, IV1-37, IV40, IV63, KW1-14, FK19-21, PH15-41, PA21-35, PA36-40, PH49-50. HS1-9, IV41-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA62-76, PH42-44, ZE1-3. Delivery to these postcodes will be on a 2 or 3 day service. We are able to ship to Northern and Southern Ireland, please email us for a quote.
